    REGULAMIN HOSTELU AVE ŁAGIWNIKI

    1. Doba hostelowa trwa od godziny 14.00 do godziny 11.00 (istnieje możliwość wcześniejszego uzgodnienia godziny przyjazdu).
    2. W cenę noclegu wliczona jest pościel, ręcznik i dostęp do Internetu.
    3. Pokoje hostelowe wynajmuje się po przedłożeniu dowodu osobistego lub paszportu oraz po uregulowaniu zapłaty.
    4. W hostelu obowiązuje zachowanie ciszy od godziny 22.00 do godziny 07.00 rano. W czasie pandemii covid 19 na terenie hostelu mogą przebywać tylko osoby  zameldowane.
    5. Zachowanie gości hostelu oraz przebywanie osób trzecich po wylegitymowaniu i za zgodą właściciela oraz nie powinno zakłócać spokojnego pobytu innych gości. Hostel może odmówić dalszego pobytu osobie, która narusza tę zasadę, nawet w trakcie trwania doby hostelowej.
    6. Ze względu na bezpieczeństwo przeciwpożarowe zabronione jest używanie w pokojach grzałek, żelazek elektrycznych i innych podobnych urządzeń nie stanowiących wyposażenia pokoju.
    7. Na terenie hostelu obowiązuje absolutny zakaz palenia. Palenie papierosów w budynkach hostelu podlega karze 200zł na pokrycie dodatkowych kosztów związanych z malowaniem, praniem poduszek, kołder, firan i zasłon oraz kosztów długotrwałego wietrzenia pomieszczeń.
    8. Zakazuje się wprowadzania zwierząt domowych bez zgody.
    9. Po wyprowadzeniu się i opuszczeniu pokoju należy zwrócić klucze do recepcji w godzinach urzędowania.
    10. Gość hostelowy ponosi materialną odpowiedzialność za uszkodzenie lub zniszczenie urządzeń hostelowych.
    11. Jakiekolwiek usterki w pokojach prosimy zgłaszać w recepcji w dniu przyjazdu. Brak zgłoszenia oznacza brak zastanych usterek i zniszczeń.
    12. Hostel nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za przedmioty wartościowe pozostawione w pokoju.
    13. Przedmioty pozostawione w pokoju po jego opuszczeniu będą przechowywane przez 1   miesiąc.
    14. W dniu opuszczenia hostelu uprasza się o zdjęcie pościeli.
    15. Uprasza się o zachowanie porządku i czystości w pokojach oraz we wspólnych pomieszczeniach. Miły gościu zachowaj porządek i czystość,a szczególnie dbaj o czystość w łazienkach i kuchniach, gdyż są one w naszym hostelu wspólne.
    16. Za zgubienie kluczy lub konieczności interwencji obsługi hostelu w godzinach nocnych będzie pobierana opłata 100,00zł.
    17. Nie odpowiadamy za awarie i ich skutki niezależne od nas.

    HOSTEL AVE ŁAGIWNIKI HOUSE RULES

    1. The hostel’s night stay is from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. (there is a possibility of a prior arrangement of the arrival time).
    2. Prices include bed linen, towels and Internet access.
    3. Rooms are rented after submission of the identity card or passport and after payment.
    4. The hostel’s night silence time is from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Non-registered persons are not allowed on the hostel’s premises during this time.
    5. The hostel guests’ and third parties’ behaviour should not interfere with a peaceful stay of all other guests. The hostel may refuse to continue the stay to a person who violates this rule, even during the hostel night.
    6. Due to fire safety regulations, the use of immersion heaters, electric irons and similar devices, which do not make a part of the rooms’ equipment, is not allowed in the rooms.
    7. The hostel is a smoke-free facility. Cigarette smoking on the hostel’s premises is punishable by 200 PLN to cover the additional costs associated with painting, washing pillows, quilts, curtains and blinds as well as the costs of a prolonged airing of the rooms.
    8. Domestic animals may not stay in the hostel without previous permission.
    9. Room keys should be returned to the reception desk during office hours.
    10. The hostel’s guests are financially responsible for damage to or destruction of the hostel facilities.
    11. Please inform the front desk about any defects upon arrival. No information means that there are no defects or damages.
    12. The hostel is not responsible for valuables left in the room.
    13. Items left in the room after check-out will be stored for 1 month.
    14. The hostel kindly asks you to remove bed linen on the check-out day.
    15. You are kindly asked to maintain order and cleanliness in the rooms and in common areas. Please keep order and cleanliness, and care especially for the cleanliness of bathrooms and kitchens because they are shared in our hostel.
    16. A fee of 100.00 PLN will be charged for loss of keys or an intervention on the part of the hostel’s personnel during the night.
    17. We are not responsible for technical failures and for their effects, which are independent of us.
